All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

This website is owned and operated by Nanovations.  All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

Nanoshop may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Nanoshop will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. 

Nanoshop reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Nanoshop will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Nanovations will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Nanoshop will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped.

 

Payment 

The secure online Payment is processed via PayPal.  It is not required to sign up for a PayPal account. 

Nanoshop excepts following credit cards:  Visacard , MasterCard. The credit card payments are processed by PayPal or by Credit Card service provided by Commonwealth Bank . A PayPal account is not required. Nanoshop does not store any credit card information.  

Export Restrictions

Nanoshop will deliver to addresses worldwide. Please understand that some products are restricted for air transport. Please contact us if you want volumes larger than seen online. 

Some product  sizes are only available  within Australia.  

Privacy

Nanoshop is committed to complying with Australian Commonwealth legislation (http://www.privacy.gov.au/) governing privacy of personal information by businesses. Nanoshop is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Security

Credit card payments are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption, but mainly handled via third party payment provider like Braintree and PayPal. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions. When you select PayPal, we do not receive any credit card details at all.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect you and Nanoshop from fraudulent transactions, Nanoshop  may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Nanoshop also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses. 

Refunds

Defective items will be replaced. Nanovations will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. We do not accept returns for international shipments. If goods arrive damaged the courier driver has to be informed immediately.

In the event that Nanoshop chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded. We do not refund money , if the goods are lost due to a wrong shipping address.

Shipping Policy

·         We ship worldwide.

·         Delivery is via third party courier

·         We do not ship to a Post Office box.

·         All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.

·         Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

·         As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.

·         If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.

·         If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

·         Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

·         Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.

·         Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
