We ship worldwide.

Delivery is via  courier FedEx , TNT and also DHL and Australia Post. All orders can be tracked online. Nanovations warehouse is selecting the most suitable courier                     service for the destination location . This may be a different courier service  than what was selected during the purchasing process. 

A tracking number will be send via email , once the order is processed.

 Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.·        

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by                       Australia Post. 

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like a work address for delivery.

 If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. 

A order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. 

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.

Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

Delivery times could be longer for regional areas, and the above delivery times do not include any customs processing times for international orders.

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

For commercial clients customs clearance can be simplified if a  EIN number , GST or VAT ID is provided . 

Nanoshop  or the warehouse service provides all customs clearance documents like commercial invoices and packing lists with all international shipments.

Shipments are insured for replace value only. Any damage to the order has to be reported to the delivery driver on the delivery form on arrival.
